(and i lost all my strength)

Athe Jesu o n’a mpona
(Amazingly Jesus saw me)
Ha ke lela jwalo;
(While I constantly cried)

(He called and said to me: `come to me’)

(And heal from your anxiety)

Jwale ke khotshe ka mehla
(I am now always filled)

(with the grace of God)

(i am now enjoying)
